Cumulative records are maintained for students who attended Memphis City Schools and Shelby County Schools from the 1930's to present day. Records for each school the student attended may include a listing of classes completed, grades, test scores, immunization records and graduation status. All requests for student records / information will be submitted and paid for online. Walk-in requests are welcome and may be paid for in cash or money order; however, please note that processing time will be longer for walk-ins using cash or money orders for payment . Mail and fax requests are no longer accepted. Requests by phone have never been available and remain unacceptable. Due to the effort required to research requests from third party agencies, all corporate requests will be charged regardless of the document requested being found. ATTENTION CONCERNING GED TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS: Shelby County Schools is no longer accepting GED transcript requests. Requests for GED transcripts can be submitted online through Diploma Sender @ www.DiplomaSender.com or by calling 1-855-313-5799 (additional fees apply to phone orders). Charges will apply when ordering student records. Please note the information below: Processing Time : Please allow a MINIMUM of 7 - 15 business days to process student record orders Requests for information must be completed online and will be processed on normal business days during normal business hours (Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM).
